1. Return & Refund Policy

At JUVA PET STORE (juvapet.store), your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees. 
All eligible returns are fully refunded to the 
original payment method at no additional cost.

1.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Items must be in resalable condition — free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage.

  • Return address will be provided via email upon RMA approval. Do not send returns without an RMA number.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food, treats, or supplements.

  • Personalized or custom-engraved items (e.g., ID tags with custom text).

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page.

  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@juvapet.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided in our email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

1.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

1.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, contact us at support@juvapet.store. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or full refund.

1.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@juvapet.store with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
