2. Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely throughout the United States.



2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — FREE on orders over $200 

  • 7–10 business days for international orders — FREE on orders over $200. These are estimates and may vary.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

2.3 Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your shipment.

2.4 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. FREE standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50.

2.5 Domestic Shipping — United States Only

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that delivery times to non-contiguous states and territories may be longer.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please check back at a later date as we plan to expand shipping coverage.

2.6 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please select USPS at checkout if shipping to one of these addresses.

2.7 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order on our website at juvapet.store/track-order or directly on the carrier's website.

2.8 Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors.

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@juvapet.store within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

2.9 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@juvapet.store. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address and are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
